Delivery/Collection
We aim to dispatch the goods promptly after an order has been placed and the funds have been cleared. Normal delivery time can take between five to ten working days to arrive - if after this time the car polish products and / or car care products have not been delivered, please contact us.
All deliveries are made on a "door to door" basis; the carrier will not be instructed to carry any items inside your property.
Any delivery requested outside the carrier’s normal operating hours will attract a pre-determined, agreed surcharge.
All goods will require a signature upon receipt. If any instruction is given by the customer for the delivery company to leave goods unattended or not with the recipient detailed within the order details, it will be left entirely at the purchasers risk.
If the goods, sent via a reputable third-party carrier, are damaged in transit, please either: -
- Refuse delivery if the packaging is badly damaged & you suspect that there has been significant damage to the goods. Note the reason on the carrier’s signature system & advise us promptly by e-mail that you have done so.
- Take delivery of the goods but sign for them as damaged if you suspect that the damage to the goods could be non-existent or superficial and advise us promptly by e-mail that you have done so.
- After recieving a damaged item, DO NOT USE the item or else any warranty will be void.
If the goods are collected by the customer or their representative all risks of loss or damage pass to the Customer once the goods have been loaded onto the customers’ designated transport.
If you suspect that the goods are lost in transit because they are at least 48 hours overdue from the time that you expected them to be delivered, please contact us.

Returns/Cancellation
You can cancel your Contract with us at any time up to seven working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us for our authorisation.
Please provide a brief or detailed explanation for cancelling your order with us, this will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel your Contract with us, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are unused and re-packaged adequately in the original packaging to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will arrange to collect during the normal working day* at an unspecified time and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results’ in damage or deterioration of the goods, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
